Whether you work from home, want something to brighten up your decor, or want to send an extra special gift to a loved one, a floral subscription is an incredible experience that will brighten someone's day with every delivery.

Caring for Your Blooms

Enjoy fresh flowers for longer – with a little attention and care you can extend the shelf life of your floral subscription. Use these helpful tips to maximize your enjoyment.

  • Clean Container

    Run your container through the dishwasher between each flower delivery to avoid bacteria build up (this decreases the shelf life of your blooms).

  • Fresh Water

    No need to worry about flower food or fancy preservatives. Change the water in your container every 24-48 hours and you’ll notice your flowers last longer.

  • Cool Temperatures

    Flowers last longer if they are kept in cooler temperatures. No need to place them in a cooler or refrigerator, but it’s best to avoid placing your flowers right next to the heater.

  • Avoid Direct Sunlight

    Direct light can have a dramatic effect on the shelf life of your blooms. Keep them out of the sun and avoid harsh bright lighting conditions.

  • Do I need to commit to a certain timeframe or sign a contract?


    No! We’re here to spread the joy of flowers and make it easy for you to manage your floral subscription. When you place your first order, you’ll also be supplied with an account and login details so you can pause, reschedule, and update your subscription payment details as often as you’d like.

  • Can I tell you what flowers to include?


    The magic of this experience is that we’ll pull together a beautiful arrangement featuring the best blooms Mother Nature has to offer. Our mission to is to bring the joy of flowers with healing properties to more humans and introduce you to new varieties, interesting colors, and beautiful textures to truly surprise and delight.

  • When will my flowers be delivered?


    Our floral subscriptions are delivered on the 15th and 30th day of each month [with the exception of February 14th and 28th]. We aim to have all customer orders delivered by noon, but we’ll be sure to contact you directly if there are delivery delays or product interruptions. Note, Public Holidays will have an impact on delivery dates.

  • What happens if no one is there to receive the flower delivery?


    If you’re not available when our courier delivers your flowers, that’s not a problem. We’ll be sure to leave your flowers in a safe, sheltered place, and we’ll send you a text message to confirm delivery.

  • Can I pause my delivery?


    Yes! When you place your first order, you’ll also receive your login details. You can pause your delivery, update your subscription frequency, and change your payment details.


  • What flowers will be used?
