30 Minute Virtual One-on-One Breath-Work Session with Bee

Thank you for joining Bee for a 30 Minute Virtual One-on-One Breath-Work session. Kindly situate yourself in a space that is free of noise and/or distractions. Feel free to include any comfort items you may need in your space such as diffusers, essential oils, incenses, candles, sage, etc. We recommend having pillows, bolsters, and/or blankets handy for our exercises. Kindly indicate on your client in-take form if you experience any issues/sensitivities with your back, knees, etc. 

Our offerings can include a customize session for a variety of one-on-one, group, couple, corporate, prenatal, post-natal, women's work, men's work, life transitions, and children's work.
